    The AED course covers all the aspects as detailed in our Defibrillators users course 

    Part 2    1330 - 1700  (or earlier start as above)

    Content 

    Revision of First Aid subjects as relevant to the afternoons practical scenario based session on Trauma First Aid 

    Casualty leadership and priorities relating to the group, the casualty, the vessel, other.

    Covering -  Fractures, Spinal issues, Wounds and Bleeding, incorporating acute illness, Drowning, Cardiac Arrest, Airway management, Team CPR, and AED use.

    Communicating with and handing over to Emergency Services.


    Individual and group scenarios will be highly interactive.
