£369 Per person.

| Clothing | Please bring suitable warm clothing to wear (under our free to use Musto GORE-TEX MPX waterproofs) also a hat, gloves, sun screen, and appropriate wellies / shoes - that may get wet, all appropriate for the time of year. |
| Lifejackets | We will provide Lifejackets. If you would like to wear your own Lifejacket please ensure that its serviceability is in date and is fitted with a light. |
| Refreshments | We are providing tea and coffee that you can make yourself. |
| Lunch | Please bring lunches, drinks and a snack/meal for the evening of the first day |

RYA Advanced Powerboat Instructor
Training
Existing RYA Powerboat Instructors wishing to teach the RYA Intermediate and Advanced Powerboat courses must hold the Advanced Powerboat course completion certificate as well as the Advanced Powerboat Certificate of Competence.
If you intend to Instruct the RYA Advanced Powerboat course you will need to hold the RYA Advanced Powerboat Commercial Endorsement.
The RYA Advanced Powerboat Instructor course lasts two days and one evening, the minimum age is 18. This course is run by a RYA Powerboat Trainer.
Course Syllabus
Practical Boat Handling in a variety of situations
Daytime Navigation theory and practical
Navigating in darkness, theory and practical
Meteorology
Collision Regulations theory and practical application
Use of engines, including twin engine installations
Emergency Situations, including Search Patterns and Helicopter Rescue
Boat and Crew 'Management' both day and night
Effective delivery of all aspects of the RYA Advanced Powerboat course
Latest Navigation Equipment
Passage Routes created on iPad Electronic Charts in the classrooms, using Garmin 'ActiveCaptain' to Data Transfer the Routes to the Garmin 12 inch and 9 inch Chartplotters on the Powerboat, used in conjunction with conventional Passage Plans.
Both Garmin Chartplotters are synced together including the Garmin Fantom RADAR, both Chartplotters feature RADAR including Overlay, with VRM/EBL, and MARPA.
